Research that opens business conversations

How the service works

UHNWI Direct connects a relevant business proposition with a carefully selected audience of billionaires and centimillionaires. We combine the research of UHNWI Data with recipient review, campaign preparation and managed outreach, helping clients start conversations with people who can act on their offer.

You configure an audience and purchase an individual campaign or a series. After payment, you review the proposed recipients before confirming the campaign. Your campaign manager coordinates preparation and scheduling; you then develop the business conversations your campaign generates.

Our role is to create the introduction and generate the opportunity. You bring the proposition, handle the ensuing discussion and develop the commercial relationship. Research, outreach and client follow-through work together to turn a relevant introduction into business.

Can we select by location, interests or purchase intent?

Current audience criteria and planned Pro targeting

Current audience selection supports country, wealth category, age bands and gender, subject to eligible profile availability. Location selection uses the country recorded in our research; it is not real-time location tracking. Coverage shows the audience available within the published criteria.

We do not currently offer selection by property interests or current purchase intent. This applies across sectors, including art, aviation, yachts, watches, investments and other products or services. Additional information held in a research profile is not a promise that it is available as a targeting filter.

A future Pro targeting option is planned around actual previous responses from UHNW individuals to relevant enquiries within our ecosystem. Any interest signal would describe what the individual communicated, in which context and when. It would not be inferred solely from wealth, asset ownership, professional activity or an apparent affinity with a brand.

A person who asked about an opportunity yesterday, last week or last year may no longer be interested today. A previous inquiry records past interest; it does not establish a current buying requirement. Historical signals and assumptions should not be presented as confirmed current intent.

Our approach is to regard a person with the relevant financial capacity as a potential customer until they express their position on the proposition, rather than claim to know their present intentions. A clear refusal gives direct information about that offer at that time. Silence establishes neither interest nor rejection. Potential suitability, expressed interest and permission to communicate are assessed separately, and applicable opt-outs take priority.

How are campaigns delivered, and how can recipients respond?

Campaign preparation and dispatch

Our team sends campaigns manually from our dedicated email servers. We use the authorised sender name and signature you provide, so the message represents a member of your team. You supply ready-to-send materials or order our optional design service, and approve the content before sending.

Recipients can reply to request information, discuss an opportunity or arrange a conversation. Qualifying inquiries appear in your campaign dashboard through the internal messaging system, with notification and forwarding to your designated verified Reply email. Your team can then continue the conversation directly.

Campaign progress and recorded outcomes remain available in your account. The replies and contact information you receive are explained in the recipient-access section; reporting describes how inquiries and subsequent results are recorded.

Working with wealthy audiences since 2007

Established in 2007

UHNWI Data was founded in 2007. For nearly two decades, we have researched wealthy individuals, maintained direct contact routes and helped clients present relevant propositions to this audience. UHNWI Direct brings that research and communication experience into a managed campaign service.

Our experience spans millions of emails sent and thousands of replies from wealthy individuals. Longstanding client relationships and the resulting conversations have built a practical understanding of how to identify relevant prospects, approach them appropriately and connect an offer with genuine interest.

The contact library has developed through years of research and direct correspondence. It combines researched identities and professional context with communication history and continuing review. That accumulated knowledge is central to our work: it helps us select an audience with a clear reason to consider the client’s offer.

Researched identities and direct contact routes

Research standard · Terms §12

We research contacts through official biographies, company publications, corporate and regulatory filings, professional profiles, reputable media, direct correspondence and field research. We bring these sources together to connect the named individual with the right professional context and contact route. Wealth classifications and some demographic details are research estimates, rather than certified financial findings or real-time measurements.

Our primary contact standard is the named individual’s corporate or business email address, assigned to that person in a professional capacity. It is a direct individual contact route rather than a general company inbox or an unrelated intermediary.

A personal-service address, such as Gmail or Outlook, is included only where we have previously received a reply from the named person using that address. Previous correspondence establishes the attribution; permission for a particular communication is assessed separately, and objections are honoured.

An individual mailbox may also be managed by an authorised assistant. Our research focuses on the named person’s contact route and professional relevance, while the recipient retains control over how the mailbox and incoming correspondence are handled.

Ongoing review and one-for-one replacement

Research and campaign support · Terms §§11–12

We maintain the library through continuing research, direct correspondence and campaign feedback. Reliable new information and delivery issues prompt review. An address with no replies across five mailings is flagged for assessment; the research team checks the record rather than treating silence alone as an invalid address.

When a contact route or professional circumstance changes, we assess updated information and its effect on an active campaign. If invalid contact details or recipient unavailability cannot be resolved with suitable updated details, we notify the customer at the designated verified campaign email and in Campaign manager.

We then offer one eligible replacement for each affected position without an extra replacement charge. The customer selects and confirms replacements. The purchased quantity stays unchanged, and each replacement follows its own initial-message and purchased Follow-Up sequence.

This service-initiated replacement process remains available after ordinary list confirmation. Your campaign manager helps resolve suitable replacement availability and any targeting adjustment needed under the Terms.

How are marketing communications managed in the EU and Switzerland?

Campaign context, recipient preferences and applicable local rules

UHNWI Direct manages outreach on your behalf, combining researched audience selection, clear sender identification and the handling of recipient responses and communication preferences.

For EU audiences, the appropriate approach depends on the country, the recipient’s professional or personal capacity and the purpose of the message. Relevant professional outreach can operate on a legitimate-interest basis where national rules allow it; other communications use consent or an applicable existing-customer arrangement. We assess these requirements in the context of the proposed campaign.

For Switzerland, campaign preparation takes account of the local data-protection and electronic-marketing framework, including the applicable consent or existing-customer basis, sender identification and a straightforward way to decline further communications.

When someone requests more information or welcomes further discussion, we pass their inquiry and the contact details they share to your team, enabling you to continue that conversation directly. Recipient preferences and applicable opt-outs are respected throughout the process.

Recipient choice and opt-outs

Privacy Policy §12 · Terms §19

Recipients can reply to opt out or object. We stop further communication on behalf of the relevant sender and apply broader objections within their applicable scope. Minimal suppression information is retained where needed to ensure that the choice continues to be respected.

An applicable opt-out takes priority over a campaign or purchased Follow-Up. A decline of a particular offer can also inform future audience recommendations, while an unsubscribe or mandatory exclusion is applied to prevent further communication within its scope.

Privacy requests can be sent through the contact route in our Privacy Policy. We handle them under the applicable rights and procedures described there.

Introductions that have contributed to real transactions

Client transactions and confirmations

Over the years, our research and outreach have helped generate client transactions with a combined value of approximately US$3 billion. Our contribution has been to identify relevant prospects, generate inquiries about specific assets and introduce potential buyers who went on to transact with our clients.

Client confirmations and correspondence document these introductions and their contribution to completed transactions. In relevant cases, subsequent media reporting also records the acquisition of the asset by the prospect we introduced. Our role is originating the opportunity and bringing a prospective buyer into the conversation; clients then lead the negotiation and completion of the deal.

Campaign experience also shows why relevance matters. Some campaigns have generated 10–15 inquiries; others have generated two or none. The offer, audience fit, timing and message influence the response. We use that experience to help clients focus their proposition and choose a relevant audience.

Past results do not guarantee a particular future outcome. We commit to the research, campaign work and replacement obligations set out in the Terms, and help clients build on the conversations their campaigns generate.

Campaign progress and results

Campaign reporting · Terms §23

Your campaign dashboard shows sending progress, inquiries, rejections and unsubscribe requests. Activity and results are updated as they are recorded.

Reports show campaign spend, inquiry rate and cost per inquiry. You can record subsequent conversations, meetings, opportunities and completed transactions, then track customer acquisition cost based on your campaign spend and the new customers you record.

Your account keeps your campaign history and provides a comparison tool for results from other marketing channels.

Our standard campaign reports focus on recipient responses rather than open and click rates. Automated scanners and privacy tools can distort those figures. Customer-selected tracking is handled separately under the Terms.

Can you show client examples in an online demo?

Client relationships and confidentiality

Yes. We have examples that illustrate our research, campaign delivery, recipient inquiries and contribution to subsequent business conversations. We present client examples and supporting material only during an online demo, with the relevant client’s permission and subject to confidentiality.

Depending on what can be disclosed, the presentation may include campaign materials, correspondence or supporting information explaining our role. These examples distinguish the inquiry or introduction generated through our work from the negotiation and transaction completed by the client. They illustrate previous experience without promising the same outcome for another campaign.

To arrange a demonstration, suggest a convenient time through our contact form or another established communication channel. We will coordinate an online presentation relevant to your objectives.

Do we receive contact details and can we use our CRM?

Recipient review and replies · Terms §§10–12

Before sending, you can review recipients’ names, countries, age bands, wealth categories, industries, companies and roles, where available. Their email addresses, telephone numbers and private research notes are not disclosed upfront.

Inquiries appear in your campaign dashboard through the internal messaging system, with an email notification sent to your campaign’s verified Reply email. When a recipient requests or accepts continuation of the conversation, you receive their response and the contact details they voluntarily share. Your team can continue directly and record the inquiry and subsequent correspondence in its CRM, subject to applicable data-protection requirements.

A positive reply supports continuation of that specific conversation. Your organisation is responsible for the security, retention and lawful subsequent use of information received; further marketing follows the applicable communication preferences and requirements.

For rejections, you can see the recipient’s name and written feedback without their contact details. Unsubscribe requests are marked in the campaign.

Contact matching also helps customers focus on new prospects by excluding people already in their network, without revealing the operational contact library.

Global audience coverage

Current Active profiles and country population estimates

Coverage shows the current audience by country, region, wealth category, age and gender. A country becomes available in search when it has at least one Active profile.

Coverage Structure provides current country tables, the composition of regional groups and the population coverage calculation. Its figures update from the same data as the interactive Coverage page and country selection.

What are the fees, minimum commitments and optional services?

Campaign orders, volume discounts and optional services

Managed outreach is purchased as an individual campaign or a prepaid series, rather than through a compulsory monthly campaign subscription. The price depends on the number of recipients, the number of campaigns and optional Follow-Up. Standard audience selection, recipient review, campaign support and managed sending are included; the underlying contact library is not sold separately.

The pricing schedule starts at one recipient and one campaign, subject to eligible audience availability. You can order up to 36 campaigns, scheduled at least 30 days apart. Campaign-volume discounts apply to the initial-outreach price. Optional Follow-Up adds US$1 per recipient per campaign after that discount.

You may supply your own ready-to-send materials. Our optional campaign design service costs US$500 and includes one design and three rounds of revisions. Additional concepts, specialised work or changes beyond the agreed scope are quoted separately. Optional Storage subscriptions are separate from campaign delivery.

Prices are in USD. Applicable taxes, transaction charges and separately accepted additional services are identified in the final order or invoice. Pricing Structure contains the current audience-price anchors, discounts and worked examples; use Budget Calculator for your configuration. The final confirmed order governs.

Do you provide a Media Kit?

Interactive service presentation

We use two complementary interactive tools as our Media Kit: Coverage and Budget Calculator. Together, they provide a practical presentation of audience availability and campaign economics.

Coverage lets you explore the available audience by geography, wealth category, age and gender. Budget Calculator helps you explore campaign configurations and the corresponding budget. This Research & Methodology reference explains the research, delivery and handling of responses behind those tools.

For a presentation tailored to your company or proposition, you can request an online demo.
