Pricing Structure

How audience size, campaign volume and Follow-up determine the price of your managed outreach.

Updated · USD · Pricing version 2026-09-16-v1

1. What the price covers

You purchase a managed outreach service built on UHNWI Data’s research. The service combines audience selection, recipient review, campaign preparation, managed sending in your name and the handling of replies, with support from your campaign manager.

You review the proposed recipients after payment and before confirming the campaign. Operational email addresses remain within the service. When someone replies to continue the conversation, we pass on their reply and the contact details they include.

2. Audience size

The base price is the cost of one campaign before a campaign-volume discount, Follow-up or a promotional adjustment. The table shows the current pricing anchors in US dollars.

For 1–100 recipients, the base price is US$10.00 per recipient. For a recipient count between two anchors, the total base price is interpolated proportionally between those anchors. It is not a flat per-recipient rate or a separate charge for each pricing band. The average price per recipient is the campaign price divided by its recipient count.

One campaign · no Follow-up, promotion or tax
RecipientsBase price
100$1,000.00
500$3,500.00
1,000$6,000.00
2,500$10,000.00
5,000$15,000.00
10,000$23,000.00
12,500$25,000.00

3. Campaign-volume discounts

Ordering a series of campaigns reduces the base price of each campaign. The same discount applies to the base price of every campaign in the order. For campaign counts between the anchors below, the discount changes proportionally between the adjacent anchors.

You can order 1–36 campaigns. Campaigns are scheduled at least 30 days apart. The discount rewards a planned series of outreach; it is not a prediction of responses or sales.

4. Optional Follow-up

Follow-up adds US$1 per recipient, per campaign. It is added after the campaign-volume discount and is not reduced by that discount. For 500 recipients, Follow-up therefore adds US$500 to each campaign.

Follow-up is carried out under the campaign conditions and applicable recipient choices. An opt-out takes priority over a purchased Follow-up.

5. Calculation and examples

Per-campaign price = discounted base price + Follow-up. Order total = per-campaign price × number of campaigns.

The base price and discounted base price are each rounded to the nearest US cent. Follow-up is then added and the per-campaign amount is multiplied by the number of campaigns. The examples below are generated by the same pricing function used by the audience builder and the order calculation.

500 recipients · 1 campaign · without Follow-up: $3,500.00 discounted base + $0.00 Follow-up = $3,500.00 per campaign. 1 × $3,500.00 = $3,500.00 total.

500 recipients · 1 campaign · with Follow-up: $3,500.00 discounted base + $500.00 Follow-up = $4,000.00 per campaign. 1 × $4,000.00 = $4,000.00 total.

500 recipients · 12 campaigns · without Follow-up: $2,975.00 discounted base + $0.00 Follow-up = $2,975.00 per campaign. 12 × $2,975.00 = $35,700.00 total.

500 recipients · 12 campaigns · with Follow-up: $2,975.00 discounted base + $500.00 Follow-up = $3,475.00 per campaign. 12 × $3,475.00 = $41,700.00 total.

6. Why precise audience selection has a different value

Broad digital advertising often uses indirect signals such as household income, interests, location and online behaviour. These can help find an affluent audience, but they are not equivalent to selecting named, researched people classified as billionaires or centimillionaires.

A low cost per click or a broad advertising contact does not establish that the person belongs to the wealth category you need. Reaching a small number of relevant prospects through a broad audience can require expenditure across many people outside that target group.

UHNWI Direct starts with the researched audience. You select the relevant countries and available wealth, age and gender criteria, review the proposed recipients and use our managed outreach to present your proposition. The price reflects the accumulated research, contact-route maintenance, audience selection and campaign work required to make those introductions possible.

The useful comparison is the cost of addressing the audience your offer is intended for, together with the work included in the service. A selected recipient is not a guaranteed inquiry or sale. Relevance, timing, the proposition and the ensuing client conversation determine the commercial outcome.

7. Before you order

Audience availability depends on your country selection and current eligibility. The builder starts at zero; choose at least one country to see an available audience. This pricing schedule supports up to 12,500 recipients. It does not promise that this number is available for a particular selection.

All figures on this page are in USD and exclude taxes and separately accepted additional fees unless checkout or the invoice states otherwise. Examples exclude promotional codes and other order-specific adjustments. An accepted promotion is shown separately in the live order summary.

Review the final order amount before payment. Payment, sending, recipient review, replacements and cancellation are governed by the Terms of Service. You receive the service described there; no minimum response rate or transaction outcome is promised.
