Cookie Policy

1. Scope

This Cookie Policy describes cookies and similar browser storage used by UHNWI Direct, operated by UHNWI data / UHNWI Data, 55 Broadway, New York, NY 10006, United States. For privacy questions contact privacy@uhnwidata.com. Read this alongside our Privacy Policy.

Cookies accompany relevant requests to our website. Local storage persists in the browser until removed; session storage normally lasts for the current tab session, although browser session restoration can preserve it. These technologies are described together here. Server-side orders, uploaded contacts and connector credentials are not cookies and are governed by the Privacy Policy.

2. Necessary Session and Security Cookies

uhnwi_customer_session — first-party, HTTP-only authentication cookie. Keeps a verified customer signed in and authorises account requests. Normally expires after 8 hours; email sign-in with Remember me selected lasts up to 30 days. Signing out clears the browser cookie and invalidates the relevant server session.

uhnwi_admin_session — first-party, HTTP-only administrative authentication cookie. The initial verification stage lasts up to 10 minutes; a verified administrative session lasts up to 8 hours. It is not used to track customer browsing.

uhnwi_google_browser — first-party, HTTP-only security cookie for a Google sign-in that you initiate. Links the browser to the sign-in attempt to protect the return flow. Expires after up to 10 minutes and is cleared when the flow completes.

uhnwi_contact_connection — first-party, HTTP-only security cookie for an external contact connection that you initiate. Associates the browser with that connection attempt. Expires after up to 10 minutes and is cleared on completion. It does not contain your imported address book.

These cookies serve requested sign-in or connection functions and cannot be switched off through optional Cookie Preferences. You can sign out, disconnect a service or block cookies in your browser, but the corresponding authenticated functions may stop working. Disconnecting a service is separate from clearing its temporary connection cookie.

3. Necessary Browser Storage

uhnwi:privacy-preferences:v1 — first-party local storage containing your optional-storage choices. It remains until you change it, clear this site’s storage or the browser removes it. It lets us respect a refusal as well as an acceptance and does not contain contact records.

uhnwi:manager-draft:v1:… — first-party session storage for the Campaign manager message you are composing, keyed to your account and conversation. It holds the draft subject, body and associated message references so navigation does not discard your requested work. It is removed when the draft is cleared or sent, on account sign-out in this application, or when the browser ends the tab’s storage session. Avoid shared devices for confidential drafts.

4. Optional Preferences

Remember campaign settings — stores uhnwi:campaign-draft:v1 in first-party local storage only after you enable this option. It contains audience criteria, campaign count, follow-up choice and selected recipient limit. It does not contain the selected recipient list or payment-card details. It remains until overwritten by your next saved choice, you turn the option off, or browser storage is cleared.

Remember import column mappings — stores keys beginning matching-map: in first-party local storage only after you enable this option. The data contains your account reference, column headers and their chosen field mappings for reuse with a similarly structured file. It does not contain imported contact rows. It remains until replaced, the option is turned off, or browser storage is cleared. Avoid putting personal contact values in spreadsheet headers.

Both optional settings are disabled unless you choose them. Turning an option off deletes its saved values on this browser without cancelling an order, deleting a saved upload or changing your current audience selection. Old import mappings saved before this control was introduced are removed rather than reused without an affirmative choice.

5. Analytics, Advertising and External Services

No website analytics or advertising trackers are currently enabled. We do not provide switches for tracking categories that are not installed. Operational server logs and security records are separate from optional browser tracking.

If you open Stripe checkout or its billing portal, or visit Google, Microsoft, HubSpot or Salesforce to sign in or connect contacts, those providers may use their own cookies under their notices and controls. Our first-party preferences do not clear or control storage on a provider’s domain.

Email delivery and any provider-configured newsletter engagement reporting are described in the Privacy Policy. Email unsubscribe and newsletter topics are controlled through Notifications or the email preference link; rejecting optional browser storage does not unsubscribe you from email.

6. Change or Withdraw a Choice

Open Cookie Preferences from the website footer or the dedicated Cookie Preferences page. You can enable individual options and choose Save preferences, or choose Reject optional storage to turn both off. Refusal does not block the core website, purchasing or account service. Preferences apply to this browser and origin, not automatically to every device.

You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser. This may sign you out and remove saved drafts and choices. Optional storage remains off if no valid choice is available. Private browsing, browser restrictions or automatic cleanup may prevent a setting from being saved; the interface will report a storage error rather than claim it was saved.

Necessary storage is limited to the functions explained here. Any materially different optional technology will require an updated description and the applicable choice before it is activated.
